What does the Comm2 team look like? 

Small but mighty! Based in our stylish HQ in the Liège area, our Comm2 (Community & Communication) team lives and breathes content. Your day-to-day? Cross-department collaboration, fast-paced brainstorms, and agile execution.

Community & Communication – your “home base”: a visionary and empowering team 
Distribution & Market Development – a strategic and driven team of strong characters 
Brand & Product – a creative and structured team of young enthusiasts 

What will your mission look like? 
As our Content Creator & Community Coordinator, you’ll be the voice, eye, and vibe behind Olivia Garden’s social presence. Here's what you'll do: 

📸 Create On-Brand Photo & Video Content 
• Produce snack-able, trend-driven video content for TikTok, Instagram & more 

📅 Own the Content Flow 
• Set and manage content and publishing timelines across platforms 

🤝 Engage & Activate the Community  
• Engage with influencers, creators & hairdressers to capture & create vibrant and authentic visuals 

🎯 Think Big, Capture Creatively 
• Brainstorm viral ideas and bring them to life in bold, blowout-worthy content 

✍️ Level-Up the Details 
• Optimise captions, bios, and messaging to spark more engagement 

What About You? 

✔️ 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or community management 
✔️ Fluent in English (French or German is a big bonus)
✔️ Skilled with content tools (or quick to learn!) 
✔️ Creative, self-driven, organised, and great at juggling tasks 
✔️ Passionate about beauty, trends, and turning briefs into engaging stories 
✔️ Collaborative, detail-oriented, and never afraid to pitch bold ideas 
✔️ Willingness to travel
