What does the Operations & Vendor Management team look like?
Small but precise. Based in our stylish Liège HQ, the Operations and Vendor Management team ensures all moving parts align — from stock to systems. You’ll partner closely with:
✨ Brand & Product – shaping forecast assumptions
✨ Distribution & Market Development – tracking distributor demand and launch flows
✨ Finance – managing invoice flows and PO records
Job requirements
What will your mission look like?
📊 Manage Forecasts & Demand
• Update forecasts and incorporate key insights from our DMD and Brand & Product Team.
• Adjust stock levels and lead times based on product lifecycles
📦 Place & Track Orders
• Create and monitor POs
• Follow up on invoicing and documentation
🔍 Anticipate Gaps & Bridge Needs
• Flag inventory risks
• Coordinate demand spikes and cross-check inventory
📈 Shape the Future of Planning Tools
• Help build better dashboards in Power BI
• Standardise and document internal processes
What About You?
✔️ 2+ years of experience in planning, purchasing, or supply chain
✔️ Fluent in English — other languages a bonus
✔️ Strong Excel skills and data confidence
✔️ Calm, structured, and team-oriented
✔️ Curious, detail-driven, and proactive
✔️ Interested in tools like Power BI or ERP systems
