✨ Elise for the Social media & Community, to connect every channel into one strong digital story
✨ Céline for Brand and Product Activations to turn insights into a growing CLUB community

✨ Lola for Sales development to convert the community to scalable sales.
✨ Agencies, partners & creators: to amplify the Club everywhere it shows up

What Will Your Mission Look Like?

🔍 Months 1–3: Get the full picture
Dive deep into the Club, its fans and its goals. Audit what's working (and what's not) across social, digital content, paid, conversion, influence & community. Spot the gaps, the quick wins and the big opportunities.

🗺️ Build the game plan
Turn the brand vision into a 360° digital strategy that connects Brand, Social, Influence, Paid and Sales. Set the priorities, roadmap, budgets and KPIs.

⚡ Months 3–6: Make it happen
Launch the plan. Turn strategy into measurable growth: growing our community and creator network while increasing OG Club’s market share and share of voice. Ensure every Brand Activation becomes a measurable digital growth engine, creating a snowball effect that extends far beyond the activation itself..

📈 Prove it, then scale it
Track results, test, learn and optimise. Turn "we think this works" into "we know this works."

🤖 Stay ahead of the curve
Test AI, LLM and GEO marketing opportunities and bring new tools and practices to the team.

What About You?

🏆 Brand Builder With Receipts
You have 5 to 6 years of experience in a managerial position in digital marketing, and you've built and grown a consumer brand across digital, social and paid. Meta and Google Ads (plus TikTok, Amazon, Snapchat, Spotify and more)? Your playground. 🎮 Budgets and KPIs? Check ✅

🎨 Creative and Structured
You think in hooks, trends and culture, but you also love a good dashboard. 📊 You turn insights into actions and ideas into results.
