Location: Belgium. Hybrid + Travel Required

What Does the Community & Communication Team Look Like?

The Community & Communication team (Com2) is where storytelling, engagement, and brand expression come together.
You’ll be part of all of it, and on top, you will work closely with:

As Event & Experience Coordinator, you transform brand strategy into real-world experiences that connect, inspire, and deliver impact. Here’s what you’ll own:
🎨 Experience Design & Activation
Design and bring to life engaging brand activations, trade show experiences, and community initiatives that translate Olivia Garden’s identity into memorable physical experiences with business impact.
📅 Event Planning & Execution
Coordinate events from concept to delivery — managing timelines, budgets, partners, stakeholders, logistics, and on-site execution to ensure smooth and high-quality experiences.
🤝 Community & Business Connection
Build authentic relationships with hair professionals, ambassadors, and partners, ensuring every event serves as both a meaningful brand touchpoint and a business development opportunity.
📣 Content & Continuous Improvement
Spot storytelling opportunities during activations, collaborate on content amplification, track success metrics, and continuously improve future experiences through feedback and analysis.
Job requirements

✔️ Creative & Structured - You combine creativity with strong organisation. You can transform ideas into concrete experiences while keeping timelines, details, and moving parts under control.
✔️ Relationship & Energy Driven - You love being around people, build authentic connections naturally, and feel comfortable engaging with hair professionals, artists, ambassadors, and partners in dynamic environments.
✔️ Business-Minded & Hands-On - You understand that great experiences should also create value. You connect aesthetics, community engagement, and business objectives with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
✔️ Experience & Languages - You bring 5+ years of experience in events, brand activations, or experiential marketing. Experience in hairdressing, beauty, lifestyle, or creative industries is a strong plus. Fluent English required & French and/or additional European languages are a plus.
