You’ll report directly to the Digital Performance Manager and collaborate closely with:

✨ Community & Communication Team - for campaign alignment and 360° communication

✨ Brand & Product Team – to translate performance insights into content and product improvements

✨ Distribution & Market Development Team – to optimise conversion and growth

What Will Your Mission Look Like?

As Digital Performance Coordinator, you drive the execution, optimisation, and growth of our paid digital channels, turning structured testing and data analysis into measurable business impact.

Here’s what you’ll own:

🎯 Paid Channel Execution & Optimisation
Plan and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms, overseeing targeting, budgets, bidding, tracking, and continuous KPI optimisation to deliver qualified, conversion-ready traffic.

🧪 Creative Testing & Performance Scaling
Write high-converting ad copy, test new angles and creatives, run A/B experiments, analyse results, and scale winning variations in collaboration with designers.

📈 Data-Driven Insights & Strategic Contribution
Analyse performance in a structured way, identify growth opportunities, explore new channels and tools, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.

Job requirements

What About You?

✔️ Performance-Driven & Structured
You have hands-on experience in paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google) and are comfortable managing budgets and KPIs. You work in a structured, meticulous way and optimise campaigns consistently, not just occasionally.

✔️ Creative & Analytical Thinker
You combine data analysis with creative ideation. You understand the link between brand awareness and sales, think in angles and hooks, and use structured testing (A/B, funnel optimisation) to improve results.

✔️ Ownership & Intrapreneurial Mindset
Organised, goal-oriented, and proactive. You take responsibility for results, stay calm under KPI fluctuations, collaborate cross-functionally, and continuously look for smarter ways to grow performance.

✔️ Languages
Native French with fluent English is a must, everything else is a big plus!
